Questions & Answers Dashboard Widget
The Questions & Answers Dashboard Widget lets you review and manage the questions and answers Rek.ai has generated for a page, directly in Sitevision. You can see how many questions Rek.ai has generated for the selected page and view and change their status without leaving Sitevision.
Status changes you make in the Sitevision dashboard are synced to the Rek.ai Dashboard (opens in a new tab), so you only need to approve each question once. Only approved questions and answers are shown on your website for the visitors.
If you want to edit the text of a question or answer, you can go straight to the Rek.ai Dashboard from the widget. Editing is done in the Rek.ai Dashboard, while reviewing and approving can be done in either place.
To show approved questions and answers on your pages, use the Questions & Answers module.
Changing status on a question
Follow the steps below, or watch the walkthrough, to change the status of a question in Sitevision.
- Go to the page where you want to start working with questions and answers.
- Click Dashboard to open the widget overview.
- Open the Rek.ai widget. Here you can see how many questions Rek.ai has generated for the selected page, along with their status.
- Change the status of a question, for example to Approved. The change is synced to the Rek.ai Dashboard automatically.
- To edit a question, click the icon to open it in the Rek.ai Dashboard. There you can see that the question you approved in Sitevision is already marked as approved.
