What is included in the premium version?

Here, you can read all about what's included in the rek.ai module (premium version) in Sitevision.

By upgrading the rek.ai module, you get access to a large number of extended functions. The functions can be accessed both through the module's interface and via our API.

Keyword suggestions using AI

By letting rek.ai display the keyword suggestions that are presented when a user starts typing in the search box, you can increase the percentage of visitors who immediately find what they are looking for by 150%. The integration is done easily with the push of a button and is specially adapted for the Sitevision module Search.

Recommend a subtree of the site

By recommending only a section of your website, you can effectively increase the usability of your pages further down the subtree. The subcategories that are there often contain very many pages and the visitor may have difficulty understanding which information fits where. By highlighting the pages that the visitor is most likely to request, we help them find it right away.

Integration with e-service portal

If you have e-services in an external portal, these services can be integrated into your AI model and be displayed both in keyword suggestions and in dedicated listings.

Access to rek.ai Dashboard

By purchasing premium, you get access to all functions in the Dashboard (opens in a new tab). In the Dashboard (opens in a new tab) you can, among other things, test a simulator to see how your AI model operates regarding recommendations, see your 404s and see which factors have the greatest influence on the recommendations.

Own values

By adding your own values to your AI model, its recommendations can be even better. It could be that a visitor is logged in as a role, that an employee works in a certain department or data in the outside world affects your website.

Text analysis

By using AI, rek.ai can add information about what a page is about by "reading" the content. In this way, the system gives a page "tags" that are then used in the case of a recommendation to further improve the ability to understand which information may be relevant to the visitor.

Language independence

In premium mode, you have the option to filter the recommendations based on the language the page is written in. In this way, you can highlight front pages with specific languages on sub-branches of your website.

Add metadata

By adding metadata to your pages, you can highlight extra information about the recommendations when viewing. The information can be, for example, the date when an event occurs or metadata about the event, location, etc.

API

Rek.ai has a well-developed API with the help of which you can customize how your AI model should work. You can use it to decorate the data used and to fine-tune the representation of the recommendations. You can build them into applications or show them integrated in your menu.
