Overview of the Steps

To start benefiting from the Questions & Answers feature, there are some steps that need to be completed:

  1. Rek.ai activates the Questions & Answers functionality for your project (send a request to info@rek.ai).
  2. You approve the questions in your Dashboard (opens in a new tab).
  3. You implement the Questions & Answers in the templates where you want them to appear.
